We love kids at Studio Paradise and we also understand how hard it can be for busy parents to take some time out for themselves to come and practise!

This is exactly why we offer FREE CHILD MINDING during our ‘KID-Friendly’ classes every week at our St Andrews Beach Shala:

TUESDAY @ 9.30am - MAT PILATES

THURSDAY @ 9.30am - YOGALATES

This is great for new parents as well as you’re even welcome to bring your prams into the studio so bub can sleep soundly while mum and dad get in a great work-out! Or bring the big kids along for some fun in the ball pit and book them in for our KIDS CLUB!

***PLEASE NOTE*** - We’re taking a little break over summer and will resume our Kid-Friendly class on Tuesday 3rd February 2026
