  • QI GONG

I love wild places and natures beauty. After travelling to more than 80 countries over the last 30 years, I now cherish the wild and remote back beaches of the Mornington Peninsula and feel a deep connection to place and people which I love to share during our Qi Gong practise.

  • BREATH + MEDITATION | STRONG FLOW | SLOW FLOW

A student first and foremost, I have studied and practiced Yoga and Meditation for over 11 years, training as a yoga teacher in Bali and undertaking further studies in Breathwork, Meditation and Mindfulness in New Zealand & throughout Australia.

My hope is to make yoga and meditation accessible practices to all through open discussions, by removing barriers, dispelling myths and guiding students to find the right approach for them.

I am guided by both ancient teachings and traditions as well as modern science as I love to share these learnings as part of my classes.

Working as a professional Firefighter for the last 19 years along with a background in Human Performance & Exercise Physiology, my appreciation for Yoga and Meditation has grown even stronger through working in these high performance and high stress environments.

  • RESTORATIVE YOGA + SOUND BATHING | GENTLE YOGA | FAMILY NIGHT - BODY MIND SOUND

The beach is my happy place!

If I’m not practising yoga or sharing my love and passion of sound, Reiki and theta healing, you’ll find me at the beach, walking, cycling or paddle-boarding!

But you can also come and see me every Monday at Studio Paradise for a private session of Reiki, Theta or Sound Healing every Monday!

I especially love working with young children and teenagers to help them find balance and understand how to manage their energies.

  • HIMALAYAN KRIYA YOGA | SLOW FLOW | BREATH + MEDITATION

After nearly 30 years in the corporate world as a lawyer and executive, I decided to re-wire!

I now share, guide, and teach (and continue to learn) what I love and that which has supported me through much of my executive career during stages of severe stress, grief and burn out - the practice of yoga in all its diverse aspects.

My practice has evolved, starting with physically demanding practices and then into the more subtle aspects where I have discovered the real yoga magic and it is now my intention to create space for this experience in my classes.

My daily sadhana has become my non- negotiable each day as it continues to hold and teach me and, as I learn, embody and experience, I aim to share and guide others in what I discover. I am also curious and love to see and hear what others experience and discover.

I believe practices should adjust and vary for the desired outcome and so I teach intuitively but I particularly love to guide Yoga Nidra, breathwork and meditation and slow (but not easy!) flows. My intention is to hold space to allow the feelings to arise; to connect the outside with our inner spaces through the yoga tools combination of movement, breath and sound.

I am a perpetual student and love to learn, read and explore. With more space in my life, I am focused on living from the heart with more joy, smiles, play and fun – what I call unfeigned. I hope to infect others to do the same.

  • SLOW FLOW | STRONG FLOW

Choosing a slower and simpler life on the Ninch has been a game changer for my nervous system. Early walks at sunrise, snorkelling, yoga, and dance are just a few of my fave and regular things.

  • SLOW FLOW | STRONG FLOW | YOGALATES | MAT PILATES | YANG + YIN

If you’ve haven’t been to one of my classes yet, get ready for a creative fusion of breath and mind-body connection.

I am a dancer at heart and my background in dance is infused in my teaching style, where you'll have fun, get creative and play with balances.

I completed my yoga teacher training in Mumbai, India and have been teaching on the Mornington Peninsula and surrounds for the past six years.

I also host regular workshops and retreats that enable you to implement yoga teachings as practical tools into daily routine; to find balance and peace and embody the practice of yoga as a way of life!

  • SLOW FLOW | STRONG FLOW | YOGALATES | MAT PILATES | BREATH + MEDITATION

Despite my early morning classes, I love a good sleep-in and slow start with coffee. I am at one with the ocean and I love the connection to the water that life on the Mornington Peninsula provides us for a cold dip, freediving, surfing and I’m even a professional mermaid!

I am also a practising physiotherapist and love to share my knowledge and passion of the body and alignment in all of my classes.

  • IYENGAR YOGA

I have been teaching for 25 years and am a fully certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher. I have been fortunate to work with many senior local and international Iyengar yoga teachers, including both Geeta and Abhi Iyengar.

My focus while teaching is all about finding balance. My aim is to help you explore how you can get the most out of your yoga practice, and how to adjust when energy levels are low, and also avoid forcing too much when energy levels are high.

I am committed to my daily yoga practices and regularly attend professional development workshops with my own senior teacher. I also run regular women’s intensive workshops as a gateway for women to work with the many and varied changes that occur in life.

  • MAT PILATES

I love the freedom Pilates gives me to creatively help people to move and function well!

I’ve met so many wonderful people over the years at Studio Paradise and look forward to meeting many more.

But the only thing I love more is walks on the beach with my fur baby Fletch!

  • MAT PILATES

My absolute love and passion for Pilates started over 15 years ago enjoying both mat and reformer training.

Dealing with many Osteopaths in rehabilitation and prevention and also having trained in the classical pilates methods, I really am really passionate about technique and getting the most of your training.

Having worked through my own injuries in the past I really understand the recovery process and limitations .

Most of all I love to make working out fun!

  • SLOW FLOW | STRONG FLOW | YOGALATES | MAT PILATES

From a very young age I was captured by the practice of Yoga and have gone on to become a certified teacher in both Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.

Since working in the industry I have also become a qualified Pilates instructor and am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Naturopathy as I have a deep passion for movement and holistic health.

I strongly believe in the holistic nature of Yoga, seeing it as a practice that nourishes both the body and the mind. My classes are known for their creative sequencing, playful postures, and a welcoming atmosphere for all skill levels.

With a love for sharing the power of breath and movement, I will always strive to create a space where everyone can explore the beauty of both Yoga and Pilates.

  • SLOW FLOW | STRONG FLOW | YOGALATES | BREATH + MEDIATION | RESTORATIVE YOGA + SOUND BATHING

All I know is that everything happens perfectly!

After many years of neglecting my body, I finally stepped onto the path of yoga and holistic wellbeing and have never looked back.

But there is more than one way to the mountain top! I love all things wellbeing and it is now my absolute pleasure and joy to share this passion with you all at Studio Paradise!
