  • Known for its focus on alignment, precision, and the use of props, Iyengar yoga is accessible to yogis of all levels, especially beginners!

    This class is suitable for all levels of students whether new to yoga or with some previous experience. Props such as blankets, bolsters, blocks and straps are used in this class to offer support where needed and bring focus to a particular action or alignment in an asana (posture).

    Iyengar is a very accessible style of yoga that works on alignment, where asanas are broken down for better understanding and that caters for all levels of health, fitness and age.

    This class is suitable for EVERYBODY, just take it at your own pace!

  • During this class you will be guided through a series of poses and sequence designed to help you slow down and connect with your whole body.

    We use breathing techniques to help deepen your practise and surrender to the bliss of savasana where the real magic happens!

    Don’t be surprised if we switch on the infra-red heat panels to help warm up your body and sooth some tired and sore muscles.

    Slow doesn’t mean easy! We have to build our strength and flexibility so that one day we simply float with effortless effort!

  • During this class you will be guided through a Vinyasa style flow and be challenged with a robust physical practise.

    We move a little faster to create some fire and heat in the belly, maybe with a little help from our infra-red heat panels!

    Expect the classic sun salutations, vinyasa flows and challenging sequences that will help you build both physical and mental strength. And just for fun we will practise some more challenging poses throughout the class to keep learning and growing!

    This class is suitable for EVERYBODY,just take it at your own pace.

  • During this class you will be guided through a Hatha style sequence which allows you to spend more time in each pose and posture to really slow it down and connect with your body. 

    You don’t have to force anything! Just enjoy this gentle practise and work with your body to stretch and open up in your own time. 

    We may even use our infra-red heat panels to help you soften you up and sooth your tired and sore muscles.

    This class is suitable for EVERYBODY, just take it at your own pace.

  • This is a Slow Flow style class where we take the time to really focus on the foundations of our practise.

    There’s no point trying to practise more advanced poses if we haven’t got a solid foundation.  We work on technique and take the time to really break down to mechanics of pose to ensure you move with optimal efficiency. 

    You can ask lost of questions during class or let us know if there’s something you’d like to work on?!
